I'm Erica, the owner and designer here at Beetle & Quill Stationery and I'm just so happy you're here, because chances are, that means you love paper about as much as I do. If you're planning your wedding, or other special event, like most of my clients are, I know what a whirlwind of joy, decisions, excitement, and sometimes stress this whole process can be.
You’re excited but also busy and maybe a tad bit overwhelmed by this whole planning process. But one thing’s for sure, you want to savor every moment of this time in your life, and somehow creatively share the wedding experience and your love story with family and friends. In order to serve my clients best, Beetle & Quill only takes on a select number of weddings per year. We truly believe designing your wedding stationery should be one of the most relaxed and enjoyable times of your planning process and find couples appreciate the opportunities a longer timeline provides.
INVESTMENT
The average Beetle & Quill couple invests between $1800 and $3200 CAD on their complete wedding stationery package.
I'm a lover of stories, and find that most of my couples are too, and stationery is connected to your own event, taste and budget. Don't know where you stand just yet? A couple should anticipate spending 6-8% of their total wedding budget on stationery (everything from save the dates and invitations, to day of goods), though couples who consider themselves true snail mail aficionados may choose to throw that guideline out the window to get their dream paper goods.

Our Studio and Heirloom collection suites (launching soon) offer a variety of semi-custom, classically designed suites couples can make truly their own with a variety of build-able features such as wax seals, envelope liners, vellum jackets, print processes and finishing services.
BESPOKE FULLY CUSTOM STATIONERY
from $1500 CAD
Bespoke wedding stationery clients typically spend $2500+ for a fully custom luxury stationery suite and day of paper goods. The Bespoke experience allows couples to work closely with us to craft a suite from start to finish that truly reflects your love story and all of the care and attention you've put into creating a meaningful and delightful day for your guests. Given the high attention to detail and time dedication we offer our clients, we accept fewer than 12 fully custom suites per year.
